Monogram Residential Trust, Inc. Declares First Quarter 2017 Dividend
PLANO, Texas, March 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Monogram Residential Trust, Inc., (NYSE: MORE) ("Monogram" or the "Company") an owner, operator and developer of luxury apartment communities with a significant presence in select coastal markets across the United States, today announced that its board of directors authorized a cash dividend of $0.075 per share on common stock for the first quarter of 2017. The dividend will be payable on April 7, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2017.
