Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation Announces New Acquisition In The St. Louis Market
FREEHOLD, N.J., Oct. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation (NYSE: MNR) today announced the acquisition of a 198,773 square foot industrial building located at 1602 Vincent Drive, Sauget, IL at a purchase price of $15,231,000. The property is net-leased for 15 years to FedEx Ground Package System, Inc., a Delaware corporation. The building is situated on approximately 33 acres and is 4 miles east of downtown St. Louis.
