Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation Announces New Acquisition In Jacksonville, Florida
FREEHOLD, N.J., Feb. 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation (NYSE: MNR) today announced the acquisition of a new 297,579 square foot industrial building located at 13509 Waterworks Street, Jacksonville, Florida at a purchase price of $30,645,954. The property is net-leased for 15 years to FedEx Ground Package System, Inc., a Delaware corporation. The building is situated on approximately 42.2 acres.
