ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- SBG Technology Solutions, an industry leader as one of the fastest growing engineering and information technology service providers in the United States, recently announced that Monica Van Dyke will head its Healthcare Transformation and Benefit Services Portfolio. Reporting to Senior Vice President, Victor Ishakian, Ms. Van Dyke will support SBG's clients in all aspects of Healthcare Transformation and will work to further expand the company's Healthcare business line.
After joining SBG in January 2014, Monica Van Dyke took over as Program Manager for the 100 person VistA Evolution Program Management contract, led by SBG as the Prime Contractor to the Department of Veterans Affairs. In her new role, she leads the civilian and defense health sectors of the company, in addition to managing the comprehensive portfolio focused on contributing IT solutions to claims, deployment, and implementation. Previously, Ms. Van Dyke was at Deloitte & Touche in the Advisory Enterprise Risk Services line, where she was a Veterans Affairs market lead and operationally led the Integrated Electronic Health Record (iEHR) Presentation Layer Joint Legacy Viewer (JLV) project at the Interagency Program Office (IPO). Prior to Deloitte, Ms. Van Dyke led programs in both the Military Health System (MHS) and VA markets at Booz Allen Hamilton. Ms. Van Dyke is an attorney by background, with a specialization in privacy and health IT security compliance.
Ms. Van Dyke earned her undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill, her law degree at Villanova University, and her Masters Certificate in Health Information Technology from George Washington University in Washington, DC. She currently lives in Alexandria, VA with her mastiff, London, and two rescue cats, Teddy and Reagan. Outside of work, Ms. Van Dyke volunteers her time at various charities around the DC area and tries to get back home to the Florida sunshine as often as possible to be with her family.
