("MongoDB") (Nasdaq: MDB), the leading, modern general purpose database platform, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 2,300,000 shares of its Class A common stock. All of the shares in the proposed offering will be sold by MongoDB. MongoDB expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
