Momentum Physical Therapy Upgrades to Clinicient's TotalInsight
Virginia outpatient rehab practice reports seamless migration to TotalInsight, even as ICD-10 arrives a month into go-live.
PORTLAND, Ore., Dec. 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Clinicient Inc., a leader in outpatient rehabilitation business solutions, today announced that Momentum Physical Therapy (Gainesville and Manassas, VA) has upgraded to the Company's TotalInsight integrated clinical, financial, and revenue cycle management (RCM) solution.
A Clinicient PracticeInsight software customer since 2013, Momentum Physical Therapy upgraded to TotalInsight in order to automate virtually all of the manual processes related to the capture, management, and collection of patient treatment revenue, as well as the resulting billing and collections intelligence. By automating these time-consuming tasks, TotalInsight customers achieved an average year-over-year 13.8 percent revenue.
The private practice outpatient rehab industry is approaching an era of sweeping change, with fee-for-performance, bundled payments, and other game-changing developments impacting healthcare delivery and reimbursement. Momentum Physical Therapy knew it needed advanced technology and collective billing and collections intelligence in order to remain on its path to prosperity. A unique combination of integrated software, process automation and professional services, TotalInsight automates every link in the care delivery chain, from patient to payment.
"We upgraded to TotalInsight in September 2015. Yes, a mere month before the arrival of ICD-10. The stakes could not have been higher, and the success of our implementation was even more profound. It was seamless from start to finish," said Vangie Field, Practice Manager at Momentum Physical Therapy. "We upgraded our system during a time of great stress in healthcare, and Clinicient was there every step of the way. We're proud to announce that we simultaneously completed both the ICD-10 transition and conversion to TotalInsight beautifully, without any disruption to our billing or collections."
Clinicient recently unveiled impressive year-over-year financial performance metrics for therapy practices that implemented the Company's TotalInsight platform. Since TotalInsight's commercial launch in January 2015, customers have seen an average revenue increase of 13.8 percent. TotalInsight customers work with a dedicated team of TotalInsight clinical, billing, and collection professionals who coach therapy practices to use advanced analytics and automation to keep therapy schedules full, bill visits completely and compliantly, and get paid every dollar they rightfully earned.
"We're thrilled to announce the migration of Momentum Physical Therapy to our TotalInsight platform," said Rick Jung, CEO and chairman of Clinicient. "As our existing customers assess the potential impact of industry change, the success of our TotalInsight migration program demonstrates that, with the right partner, the upgrade process can be completed smoothly. Given that Momentum Physical Therapy's migration transpired in the middle of the ICD-10 launch, these transitions can be worry-free, regardless of the challenging industry circumstances."
