Momentum in Los Angeles Dodgers Sales Process Continues

LOS ANGELES and NEW YORK, Feb. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Los Angeles Dodgers ("LAD" or "the Dodgers") today stated that the Dodgers and Blackstone have evaluated the bids submitted on February 23rd and have notified the parties that have been selected to advance to the next round. The identities of these parties are being provided to Major League Baseball and they will be meeting with the MLB Ownership Committee, consistent with the agreement between the Dodgers and MLB regarding the sales process.

LAD is pleased with the momentum that continues to be generated in the sales process and is confident that the sales process will maximize the value of the debtors' estate.
