Wetrich has been appointed to the position of President & General Manager of The Americas.  Jim will lead both the Surgical and Wound Care Divisions in the U.S. and Latin America.  Barbara J. Osborne has been appointed to the position of President, U.S. Wound Care division.   Bruce H. Wexler has been appointed to the position of Finance Director, U.S. & Latin America.
