BURKE, Va., Jan. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Mohan Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of HPC POS Systems Corporation, (Sym: HPCS), is a global manufacturer and distributor of high quality incense and oils.  Mohan announces that it has filed for an extension on the filing of its Annual Statement for fiscal year 2011.

PMB Helin Donovan, LLP have been auditing the company for the past two years and will continue to provide public accounting and auditing services in compliance with SEC filing and registration rules.  The accounting firm has no outstanding payments due, and Mohan is current and in good standing with the company.  PMB will file all necessary corporate financial filings for Mohan within the extension grace period.  Once filed, the "E" affixed to the company public symbol HPCS will be removed.
