Moffatt Joins Navvis & Company

ST. LOUIS, Aug. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Navvis & Company (Navvis) announced today the appointment of Tracey Moffatt, MHA, BSN, RN as senior vice president for consulting services. In this role, she will provide strategic counsel, planning and implementation support for strategic planning, physician alignment, accountable clinical management and performance transformation engagements.

Prior to joining Navvis, she held the positions of executive vice president for clinical performance and chief nurse executive at St. John's Mercy Health Care in St. Louis, Missouri. There she provided leadership and accountability for clinical and operational performance in a variety of venues, including direct accountability for clinical and operational performance improvement strategies, public reporting, regulatory compliance, patient safety and quality of care; as well as for multiple organizational and joint venture operations, including pharmacy, nursing, surgical services, long term care and skilled care. She previously held the positions of vice president of clinical operations and director of clinical resource management at Mercy Medical Center in Laredo, Texas, and as manager for clinical pathway development and clinical case management at Mercy Hospital in New Orleans.

Ms. Moffatt holds a master of science in healthcare administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and a bachelor of science in nursing from Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has received numerous awards and honors, including the Missouri Hospital Association Distinguished Quality Professional in 2009 and the Dr. Ted R. Sparling Award of Academic Excellence in 2001.
