Mobius Therapeutics™ Granted New US Patent for Injected Ophthalmic Mitomycin-C

Critical New Intellectual Property Supports Regulatory Guidance, Compliance, and Clinical Technique

LOUIS, Jan. 3, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Mobius Therapeutics™, LLC, a St. Louis-based perioperative ophthalmic pharmaceutical company, has been issued US Patent #11,540,977, Injection Apparatus and Method of Use.  This patent protects future applications of Mitosol®, Mobius' flagship product, particularly versus compounded, unapproved copies of Mitosol®.
