Mobility Services International (MSI) appoints Gail Rabasca as VP & Managing Director Worldwide Operations
HAMPTON, N.H., April 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Mobility Services International (MSI), a human capital services and solutions provider and the leading provider of global talent mobility to companies worldwide, announced today that, it has appointed Gail Rabasca as vice president and managing director, Worldwide Operations. Gail will report to Timm Runnion, MSI's chief executive officer.
Rabasca is a seasoned executive and senior talent mobility practitioner, with over 25 years of human capital services and solutions experience. She is a well-recognized and accomplished business leader, with a proven track record in the global talent mobility space.

In her new role Gail will be responsible for the strategic direction and management of MSI's worldwide operating teams, worldwide business partnerships, and global service delivery. She is a proven and innovative global leader with extensive cross-cultural experience and expertise in global mobility and international assignment management. Gail has traveled to more than 60 countries throughout Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas.
Prior to joining MSI, she served as vice president, Global Business and Network Development, for SIRVA. In this role, she completed short-term assignments in Hong Kong and London while managing the global supply chain and strategic alliance relationships worldwide. Concurrently, Gail opened SIRVA's Asia Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong, introducing regional service capabilities and improving market penetration.
The author of numerous articles on global relocation, Gail has been a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® Global Workforce Symposium Planning Committee and Global Advisory Council. In 2004, she received ERC's Meritorious Service Award.
Gail holds a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York and is a graduate of Thunderbird University, The Garvin School of International Management's Executive Program in Global Leadership, Management, and Strategic Implementation.
