Mobileye N.V. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
JERUSALEM, June 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Mobileye N.V., the global leader in the design and development of camera-based Advanced Driving Assistance Systems, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares. The number of shares to be offered, the percentages of the shares to be sold by Mobileye and the existing shareholders and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC will be acting as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering.
