MobileIron's Carolyn Cox Named to 2015 CRN Women of the Channel List
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., June 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- MobileIron, the leader in enterprise mobile security, today announced that Carolyn Cox, Senior Director, Customer Acquisition & Partner Marketing has been named to The Channel Company's prestigious 2015 CRN® Women of the Channel. The annual list honors outstanding female executives across vendor channel organizations, distributors, solution providers and other women prominently involved in the IT channel ecosystem for their successes and the far-reaching impact they are having on the technology industry going forward.
This year's Women of the Channel were carefully reviewed and selected by the editors of CRN based on their accomplishments and the influence they wield over the technology channel.
One of the first things Carolyn did when she came on board at MobileIron was to kickoff a global Prospecting Day. These quarterly sales drives allow all internal teams to rally around channel and carrier partners to drive leads and close deals. Carolyn established MobileIron's Field Marketing program in late 2014 to build a lead program for the largest enterprise accounts and to grow MobileIron's channel program. Field Marketing will host more than 40 regional marketing events in key markets around the world in 2015. Carolyn is a founding member of Women@MobileIron, a cross-functional group of women committed to supporting and retaining women at MobileIron.
"These executives have made a lasting mark on the industry, expanding the breadth of influence in the technology channel," said Robert Faletra, CEO, The Channel Company. "We congratulate the Women of the Channel, and celebrate their innovative contributions and commitment to the IT channel community."
"At MobileIron, we are 100% focused on the channel. Carolyn's leadership in partner marketing is a testament to our commitment to our partner community," said Vittorio Viarengo, Vice President of Products and Marketing, MobileIron. "We are proud of Carolyn's accomplishments and are honored to see her recognized by CRN."
The Women of the Channel will be featured in the June issue of CRN, and online at www.CRN.com.
