(OTCBB: MBYL) is cautioning the public about an illegal spam operation being conducted by a third party unknown to Mobile Data Corp. or its officers through the unauthorized distribution of company press releases and company information. Mobile Data Corp. does not condone the use of spam and demands that the responsible party immediately cease the illegal spam operation. Mobile Data Corp. is currently investigating the source of this illegal spam operation.
