MMI Investments Withdraws Nomination of Directors in Connection With 2011 Annual Meeting of Comtech Telecommunications Corp.
NEW YORK, Nov. 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- MMI Investments, L.P., a stockholder of Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (Nasdaq: CMTL), announced today that MMI has withdrawn its nomination of two director candidates for election to the Comtech Board of Directors at the upcoming 2011 annual meeting of stockholders.
