MKM Partners Hires Internet Analyst

STAMFORD Conn., March 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- MKM Partners today announced that Rob Sanderson has joined as a Managing Director in its Equity Research department to cover Internet companies, complementing MKM's existing coverage of communications equipment, enterprise software, semiconductors and media.

Mr. Sanderson has followed the Internet industry since 1997, most recently as co-founder of ABR Investment Strategy, where he also served as Director of Research. Prior to that, Mr. Sanderson was a highly recognized analyst, Director of Research and member of the Operating Committee at American Technology Research, where he oversaw the restructuring of research teams following AmTech's acquisition by Broadpoint Securities. Rob began his equity research career at Montgomery Securities on the wireless communications and Internet infrastructure teams. He has a Commerce degree in finance and economics from Saint Mary's University in Halifax and studied mechanical engineering at the University of Manitoba.
