Missouri American Water Launches Online Customer Service
Website allows customers to pay bills and manage accounts
ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo., Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Missouri American Water's new website is making it easier for residential customers to manage their accounts quickly and conveniently. The new online customer service site supports the company's 24/7 customer service by phone.
The new My H2O Online website is available at www.amwater.com/h2o . Customers may use it to request appointments for turning service on or off, manage their account, check their balance and pay their bills. Customers with more than one property will be able to see all of their accounts at a glance.
"This new site will help all of our customers – those who prefer to manage these tasks online and those who would like to speak with one of our representatives," said Frank Kartmann, president of Missouri American Water. "Customers who use the site will benefit from online convenience. If a customer needs to speak with one of our representatives – who are available by phone 24/7 – we will be able to answer their calls and resolve their concerns even more quickly."
Missouri American Water residential customers can sign up for an online account and begin using that account today. All they need is the address of the property and the account number found on their most-recent billing statement.
Missouri American Water provides water service to approximately 300,000 homes and businesses in St. Louis County, Jefferson City, Mexico, Joplin, St. Joseph, Brunswick, Warrensburg and parts of St. Charles and Platte Counties.
