LAS VEGAS, Dec. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The nation's leading medical flight charity, Miracle Flights, had a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. The charity concluded November with 475 flights coordinated for children in need of distant medical care.
Offering both domestic and international services, patients were flown from 31 states and eight different countries, including Turkey and Honduras. Within the U.S, Miracle Flights arranged 64 flights in California, alone.
For over 30 yrs. Miracle Flights has been helping patients with rare and life-threatening medical conditions gain access to distant medical care. To-date, they have coordinated 104,928 flights and covered over 58 million miles. Flights are provided at no cost and can be arranged as many times a needed.
