Miracle Flights for Kids® Continues Medical Flight Mission with Almost 500 Flights in September

GREEN VALLEY, Nev., Oct. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Miracle Flights for Kids finished September with 495 life-saving flights. The nation's leading health and welfare flight organization enables children with rare and life-threatening medical conditions to gain access to specialized, out-of-state medical care through commercial flights.

Miracle Flights has also been selected as one of 12 finalists in the Lightspeed Aviation Foundation's Pilots Choice Awards Grant program. Aviation-related charities are chosen to compete in an online poll, with the winner receiving a $10,000 grant. To help more children get to the specialized, out-of-state medical care they need, vote for Miracle Flights' kids.
