Mark E. Brown, National CEO of Miracle Flights, said, "There continues to be an increase in the need for air travel to out-of-state medical facilities, and our donors make it possible for us to help get these kids the care they desperately need."
Brown was quick to point out that the organization puts no limit on the number of flights someone can receive.
"Many conditions have no cure, and most require multiple surgeries, treatments and appointments with specialists," he added. "We hope the holiday season will encourage more people to open their hearts and wallets to ensure those in need have the best chance at a longer, healthier future."
