MIPIM Awards 2013 Finalists: The Projects In Detail

PARIS, Feb. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Following the January 29^th announcement of the MIPIM Awards 2013 nominations, details are now available about each of the 36 nominated projects.

This year, for the first time, the MIPIM attendees will be able to learn about each of the finalists through individual presentations to be held in the MIPIM Innovation Forum as part of the 'Innovators' vision: MIPIM Awards screenings.' This new presentation technique that displays 20 images with 20 seconds per image (less than seven minutes in all) is derived from the PechaKucha format and allows delegates to view each project and then make an informed vote on site from 12 to 14 March at noon.

In addition, the public's vote for the Special Peoples' Prize opened 13 February, on the MIPIM website and on the official event Facebook page.

The results will be announced at a ceremony held in the main auditorium of the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, on Thursday, 14 March at 7pm.
