Minnesota Dental Association Announces 2012-13 Officers

MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Minnesota Dental Association recently held its annual House of Delegates meeting at the Hilton Airport Hotel in Bloomington where new officers were elected.

The newly-elected 2012-2013 officers include:  Dr. Michael Flynn, as President; Dr. Michael Perpich as President-Elect; Dr. Dan Rose as First Vice President; Dr. Pete Cannon as Second Vice-President; and Dr. Travis Schmitt as Treasurer.

Dr. Flynn practices general dentistry at Midwest Dental in Lewiston.  Dr.  Perpich is a general dentist in St. Louis Park at Tranquility Dental.  Dr. Rose is a general dentist at Pillager Country Dental in Pillager.  Dr. Cannon is a general dentist in St. Paul.

The Association looks forward to a successful year working with these new leaders to continue to carry out the Association's mission of providing quality oral health care to all Minnesotans and working, through bipartisan legislative solutions, to eliminate the barriers to care faced by many underserved residents.
