Mineral title attorneys Christopher W. Capcara and Jason M. Klein join McDonald Hopkins

CLEVELAND, Aug. 31, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Christopher W. Capcara and Jason M. Klein have joined the Business Department at McDonald Hopkins LLC, a business advisory and advocacy law firm. Based in the firm's Cleveland office, Capcara and Klein will help clients navigate the highly complex area of surface and mineral title law, which requires a sophisticated understanding of numerous regulations and processes.

Capcara and Klein are part of the Energy and Natural Resource Practice, a team of 25 attorneys who work with public utilities, the oil and gas industry, energy developers, industrial companies and suppliers, and renewable energy companies. Capcara comes to McDonald Hopkins after spending several years as of counsel at Burnett and Thomason. He has extensive experience working with clients in the oil and gas industry, specifically assisting with complex mineral title work. Capcara is also a registered patent attorney. Klein also comes to McDonald Hopkins from Burnett and Thomason. He is an experienced surface, oil, gas and mineral law attorney who regularly works with clients to draft original, supplemental and amended drilling title opinions for the acquisition of real estate in connection with mineral interests. Klein earned his J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in marketing from Bowling Green State University.
