Mind Technologies, Inc. Unveils Plans For Future EEG Headset
CARDIFF, Calif., April 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Mind Technologies, Inc. (http://mindtechnologiesinc.com) (Pink Sheets: JEDM), is providing an update to shareholders on the progress of the Company's EEG headset currently in development. The Company has taken a completely different approach to the current BCI (Brain Computer Interface) / EEG headsets currently on the market. The Company's goal was to create a user-friendly BCI that eliminates the need for wet sensors, is designed in a way that it does not stand out when worn and produces the most reliable, consistent results. The Company believes they have surpassed all expectations!
While still a few months from being fully developed and manufactured, the initial feedback has been overwhelming. "The approach taken by our team of scientists has been nothing short of revolutionary," stated Brent Fouch, CEO. "Rather than mimic the current market and make improvements in cosmetics and minor functionalities, our team went outside the box and created completely new concepts in both design and functionality," concluded Fouch. Patent searches have been concluded and the patent process is currently underway, as the prototype and manufacturing logistics are being resolved. The Company believes the BCI being created will be the industry standard for developers and research scientists in the near future.
