Mimi's® Celebrates Easter with Three Fun Giveaways, a Three-Course Menu Featuring Grilled Atlantic Salmon and $5 Mimi-Mosas by the Glass
DALLAS, March 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Mimi's, the popular neighborhood cafe offering French-inspired American comfort food, will treat guests of all ages to Easter eggs filled with jelly beans in every bread basket all day on Sunday, March 27. To keep the spirit of family celebration going at home, guests will also receive gifts of a Mimi's Apple Oat Crumble Muffin square and a make-at-home recipe of Salmon with Fresh Spring Herbs.
Easter day after 11:00 a.m., Mimi's offers a three-course menu for $16.99 for adults and $8.99 for children featuring a French twist with the addition of Grilled Atlantic Salmon to the classic American favorite line up of Hickory Smoked Ham and Hand Carved Turkey.

Mimi's guests will start with choice of cup of soup, House salad or Caesar salad, before moving onto the main entrée, which includes a choice of:
- Grilled Atlantic Salmon with a Chardonnay Dijon sauce, sautéed garlic spinach and roasted potatoes
- Slow-Roasted Turkey with apple orange cranberry relish, whipped mashed potatoes, buttered cornbread stuffing and sautéed green beans with bacon and caramelized onions
- Hickory Smoked Ham with orange-Dijon glaze, whipped mashed potatoes, buttered cornbread stuffing and sautéed green beans with bacon and caramelized onions.
Dessert course is Croissant bread pudding.
Mimi's will offer its signature "Mimi-Mosa" with a tangerine burst, fresh squeezed orange juice and Korbel California Champagne, along with three other Mimosa flavor choices, for $5 per glass. In addition to the take home recipe of Salmon with Fresh Spring Herbs and Apple Oat Crumble Muffin square, guests will receive a buy-one-get-one free offer to try Mimi's new Fire-Grilled Seafood Skewers on a return visit.
