Millstone Medical Outsourcing Makes Strategic Hires in Memphis

FALL RIVER, Mass., Sept. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Millstone Medical Outsourcing announced today that the company hired three new professionals to support operations in the Memphis, TN, facility. Perry C. Rothrock, III, MD, was hired as a consultant to serve as Medical Director. His role will be to ensure the integrity of all processes involving Millstone's bone and tissue bank. Wade A. Hanes, a former Master Chief in the United States Navy, was hired as Second Shift Operations Manager. Marcie L. Malin will serve as Assistant Program Manager and will lend support to help launch and maintain customer programs. Millstone, outsource partner to the nation's top orthopedic companies, is the fast-growing provider of advanced inspection, clean room packaging, loaner kit processing, and distribution services to medical and dental device manufacturers worldwide.

Dr. Rothrock has been a practicing physician for 20 years. He is currently in private practice and serves as a medical consultant to a number of companies. Mr. Hanes was responsible for directing the production efforts of 1,000 personnel in seven squadrons for operations in the Western Pacific and over Afghanistan. He has 30 years of experience in maintenance operations and brings significant leadership and expertise in handling detailed technical requirements. Ms. Malin previously served as Clinical Safety Studies Coordinator for Medtronic, Inc. and before that was Medical Education Project Coordinator with Ethicon Endo-Surgery. She is a seasoned project coordinator with experience in managing detailed and complex programs.
