As Director of Sales for North America, Bailey will work within Miller Heiman's corporate account segment on their sales training, sales effectiveness and sales transformation initiatives to build efficient, customer-focused sales organizations that excel in complex selling. He will oversee and strategize with Miller Heiman sales consultants to develop stronger and more productive relationships with current customers and new accounts.

Bailey has more than 12 years of experience and expertise in sales leadership and training. He is a results-oriented individual who has experienced great success in a variety of roles with progressive sales organizations. Most recently, Bailey was the Client Success Manager for Miller Heiman, responsible for driving sales for all products and offerings by providing sales support and education to customers. Prior to joining Miller Heiman in 2011, he had been a Partner at New York Life Insurance Company and District Manager for Farmers Insurance Group.
Bailey resides in Reno and is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
