Miller & Smith opened two new communities in 2012 – City Lights Collection at Maple Lawn and The Orchard at New Market – and opened seven new model homes including Cortland at The Orchard, Merlin at Victory Lakes, O'Keefe, Tanner and Wyeth models at Gallery Park, Fells Point and Gramercy Park at Maple Lawn. Additionally, the Downtown Collection at One Loudoun is scheduled to open at the end of 2012.
