Miller & Smith sold 122 homes in the first three months of the year, predicting what is sure to be a banner year for the company.

In the first quarter of 2012, Miller & Smith opened two new communities – Fells Point at Maple Lawn and The Orchard at New Market – and opened six new model homes including Cortland at The Orchard, Merlin at Victory Lakes, O'Keefe, Tanner and Wyeth models at Gallery Park and Fells Point at Maple Lawn. Additionally, The Gramercy Park model is scheduled to open at Maple Lawn early this summer.
Miller & Smith is currently offering 30 different home designs with starting prices ranging from $239,990 to $570,990 and featuring floor plans from 1200 sq. ft. to more than 3000 sq. ft.
