Millennium Health Appoints Joan B. Stafslien and Jeffrey D. Goldberg to Board of Directors

Most recently, Stafslien was the executive vice president, general counsel & corporate secretary and chief compliance officer for CareFusion Corporation, an S&P 500 medical technology company. Prior to that, she served as senior vice president and general counsel for the clinical and medical products segment of Cardinal Health, and as deputy general counsel for Alaris Medical Systems. She currently sits on the board for Northwestern University Chemical and Biological Engineering Department, Santa Fe Christian Schools, and John Brockington Foundation. Stafslien holds a J.D. with cum laude honors from University of Wisconsin Law School and a bachelor of science in chemical engineering from Northwestern University.

Goldberg is a board member and former executive of several health care companies. He currently serves as lead director for LifeCare Holdings, a national long term acute hospital system, chair of the board of M*Modal, a leading clinical documentation and technology company, and co-chair of Surgical Specialties Corporation, a medical technology company serving the surgical suite. Goldberg's former experience includes board and executive roles in both medical technology and health care services. Goldberg holds a J.D. from UCLA School of Law and a degree in general studies with cum laude honors from Harvard College.
