IRVINE, Calif., Jan. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Militus Inc, a new provider of advanced cybersecurity products and services, has obtained the license for the Narus nSystem and will be incorporating it into its product and service offerings. Militus' product line is anchored by the Unified Security Analytics Manager (USAM)TM, a portable "best of breed" series of appliances with a proprietary compilation algorithm and NarusInsight technology that provides complete situational awareness of a network including the presence of advanced malwares. The Narus nSystem is being developed and transformed to include Network and National Security products.

Militus' USAM, which consists of best-in-class military/intelligence grade security controls and other appliances, provides complete situational awareness of network traffic and can detect the presence of previously unidentified "zero-day" malware. It is the only portable vendor agnostic tool of its kind presently available. It can provide advanced malware assessment & detection services on short notice at a customer's data center and provide them with a complete view of any potential anomaly associated with their network traffic.

Militus' service offerings include Malware Assessment, Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) support, and Security Operations Centers (SOC) design and deployment.
Militus' employees, who have all recently worked for Boeing Integrated Defense Space and Security (IDS), include the divisions leading cyber engineers and its head of business development.
