On June 4, 2014, Sanmina Corporation (Sanmina) announced early settlement of its previously announced tender offer and consent solicitation. The Company informed that tenders and consents from holders of $264,415,000 in aggregate principal amount of its 7% Senior Notes due 2019, representing approximately 52.9% of outstanding Notes, were received as of 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on June 3, 2014 (Early Tender and Consent Deadline). Diebold, Incorporated Analyst Notes
