Miles & Stockbridge Significantly Expands Affordable Housing And Tax Credit Practice With Addition Of Nine Lawyers In D.C.

Miles & Stockbridge welcomes Jerry Breed, Bill Driggers, Donna Rodney and John Dalton as principals; Corenia Burlingame, Dawna Steelman, Megan Palmer and Robert Coberly as counsel; and Jordana Hausman as an associate. Two paralegals and two legal assistants have joined the firm as well.

The lawyers counsel real estate developers, investors, syndicators and lenders across all phases of tax credit transactions involving low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, new markets tax credits and renewable energy tax credits. They will work closely with Miles & Stockbridge's Affordable Housing and Community Development Practice Group.
