Mike Masino Named to Head TCP North American Sales Unit

AURORA, Ohio, June 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- TCP, a global leader in energy efficient lighting products, announced today that Mike Masino has been named Executive Vice President – North America, responsible for TCP's consumer and commercial lighting sales and marketing activities within the US and Canadian markets.  Mike has been with TCP since 2009, and has been responsible for growing TCP's commercial and industrial sales channel.  This channel enjoyed substantial growth in all product categories during Mike's tenure.

Mike began his career as a sales representative with WESCO in Chicago, IL. He moved to Crescent Electric Supply and then to MOLEX, handling several sales and management positions within these organizations. He then moved to Gardner Bender Corp., where he held several positions leading to Vice President of Sales.  While at Gardner Bender, Mike was instrumental in establishing a customer-focused sales organization which dramatically expanded the company's retail and commercial sales channels. Mike also lead successful sales initiatives that earned industry acclaim including the Evergreen Marketing Group's "Supplier Of The Year" award in 2008.
