ARLINGTON, Va., Nov. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Bloomberg BNA today announced that Mike MacKay has been appointed president of its Cross Platform Division, which leverages content and market expertise to deliver a range of marketing and live event services to the company's clients. He will report to Bloomberg BNA CEO and President Greg McCaffery.
MacKay, who joined the company in 2014, was elevated to his new position after having served as vice president of the division, where he was responsible for commercial operations. He joined Bloomberg BNA from Bloomberg LP, where he held a number of leadership roles in nearly 15 years with the organization. MacKay most recently served as chief of staff in the office of Bloomberg's chief operating officer, where he helped establish strategy and manage day-to-day operations.
"Mike has played a critical role in developing strong relationships with a wide range of customers in our target markets, which have helped get our Cross Platform Division off to a successful start in its first few years," said McCaffery. "I am confident that he will help drive the division's continued growth in his recently expanded role."
MacKay has a bachelor's degree in business communications from Calvin College.
