MIDDLEFIELD, Ohio, Feb. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Middlefield Banc Corp. (OTCQB: MBCN) today announced that the company's board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per common share payable on March 14, 2014, to shareholders of record on March 3, 2014.
