Midas Medici Announces IT Infrastructure Contract for Secretary of State for Public Safety of Espirito Santo, Brazil

NEW YORK and SAO PAULO, June 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Midas Medici Group Holdings, Inc. ("Midas") (OTCQX: MMED), a global IT infrastructure and managed services company, announced that its CIMCORP brand has been awarded a $770 thousand contract from the Secretary of State for Public Safety and Social Protection of Espirito Santo (SESP-ES) IT infrastructure and services in the southeastern Brazilian state.

SESP-ES is responsible for overseeing and directing the Civil Police, Military, Scientific Branch, and Fire Department, which service the welfare of more than 3.5 million citizens. The contract covers the deployment and services for IT Infrastructure for the agency's offices, police stations and fire department facilities in the State of Espirito Santo, Brazil. CIMCORP will provide technology, processes, and people to deploy and manage the solution.
