Midas Medici Announces $4.4 Million Services Contract for the Minas Gerais Administration and Services, Brazil

NEW YORK and SAO PAULO, April 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --  Midas Medici Group Holdings, Inc. ("Midas") (OTCBB: MMED), an innovative green IT company in the fields of virtualization, cloud computing and data management, announced that its CIMCORP brand has been awarded a $4.4 million contract from Minas Gerais Administration and Services (MGS). CIMCORP will outsource IT clients for specific public service operations throughout Minas Gerais, Brazil´s second largest state.

The contract covers the deployment of IT Infrastructure for 28 Citizen's Services Unities (UAIs), a public facility serving more than 4 million people per year. CIMCORP will provide computers with embedded services encompassing the entire lifecycle for a 48 month term, including planning, procurement, deployment, onsite support, maintenance and the "green" disposition at the end of the term.
