MiCTA Selects eRate 360 Solutions to Provide E-Rate Consulting Services

SAGINAW, Mich., June 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- MiCTA, a national non-profit cooperative purchasing organization, has selected eRate 360 Solutions to provide E-Rate consulting services to its eligible members. Using MiCTA's Master Service Agreement (MSA), E-Rate-eligible members may purchase consulting services related to the Universal Service Fund's E-Rate program at a significant discount.

E-Rate eligible MiCTA members may contract for E-Rate consulting services using MiCTA's MSA. MiCTA conducts competitive bidding processes on behalf of its members to yield significant cost savings. Further, MiCTA's rigorous RFP and evaluation process eliminates the need for MiCTA members to conduct their own competitive bidding processes.

The MiCTA Master Service Agreement with eRate 360 Solutions is effective through May of 2013. "E-Rate consulting is a natural fit for our telecommunications, networking and technology purchasing programs," says von Hoff. "The combined strength of our telecommunications purchasing programs and the consulting services we offer means that our E-Rate eligible members will be able to make the most of the discounts offered by the Universal Service Fund program."
