Microsoft Declares Quarterly Dividend
Dividend of $0.20 per share payable in September.
REDMOND, Wash., June 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Microsoft Corp. today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share. The dividend is payable September 13, 2012 to shareholders of record on August 16, 2012. The ex-dividend date will be August 14, 2012.
