This year's 462 Symposium will address the dramatic changes to how federal agencies will submit the EEOC Form 462 beginning in October 2013 as well as provide training on the use of icomplaints for reporting EEO claims. All federal agencies are required to submit an EEOC Form 462 to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
