MicroPact to Speak at Gartner Business Process Management Summit 2012

One of the key issues the conference will address is tackling organizational challenges as businesses move from discrete BPM projects to enterprise-wide process transformation programs.

Titled "MicroPact: Onboarding Critical Personnel – Enhancing Personnel Security Processes through BPM at the Department of Justice," the session will feature Ragsdale presenting a case study on how MicroPact's flexible BPM platform approach accelerated implementation and enabled ongoing system expansion, organizational adoption, and process improvement for the Justice Department's Justice Security Tracking and Adjudication Record System (JSTARS). Ragsdale and Ken White, Business Analyst, JSTARS, NCI Information Systems, Inc., will also discuss how JSTARS started as a personnel security case management tool and expanded into an enterprise-scale, multi-functional BPM tool that serves all of the Justice Department and exchanges data with other federal agencies.
