MicroPact Names Growson Edwards Chief Customer Officer

HERNDON, Va., Jan. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- MicroPact, Inc., the global leader in Data-First™ Case Management and Business Process Management (BPM) software, has named Growson Edwards to the newly created position of Chief Customer Officer, effective immediately. Edwards, who served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for the last three years, has been with MicroPact for more than 13 years.

As Chief Customer Officer (CCO), Edwards will oversee Business Development, Professional Services and Customer Relations at MicroPact. He will report directly to MicroPact President and CEO Kris Collo, who founded MicroPact more than 17 years ago.
