HERNDON, Va., Nov. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- MicroPact, a leader in the development of case management and business process management (BPM) software, announced today the appointment of Jack Frost as Vice President, Healthcare Solutions and Dion Trahan as Director, Healthcare Solutions.

With more than 25 years of technical and business management experience, Jack Frost will be responsible for strategic leadership of the Healthcare Solutions business for MicroPact. Previously, Frost was the Vice President of Operations for Department of Defense (DoD) programs at Enterprise Information Management, Inc. (EIM) where he led contract execution of all DoD and Civil Agency IT and O&M programs, including oversight of EIM's elite forms and business process automation program (ECMS) for the U.S. Army, totaling dozens of projects, nearly 100 employees and more than $20M per year in service revenue. Prior to EIM, Frost worked at Signal Labs, Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer where he led development, operations and commercialization of novel signal processing and surveillance technology for defense and intelligence markets.
Bringing numerous years of federal and commercial healthcare industry experience to MicroPact, Dion Trahan will be tasked with translating the latest healthcare legislation, regulations and policies in to actionable market penetration strategies. Before joining MicroPact, Trahan was the Deputy Healthcare Client Executive at EIM. While at EIM he led the market penetration strategy efforts and was the company's subject matter expert on healthcare policy, Affordable Care Act legislation and regulations, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid, Department of Health and Human Services and Department of Veterans Affairs. Previously, Trahan was a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton where he provided support and assessment related to several CMS programs and projects.
