MicroPact Delivers Enterprise Case Management Solutions to Major Universities
University of British Columbia, Georgia State University Select entellitrak® to Manage Diverse Business Operations
HERNDON, Va., Aug. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- MicroPact Inc., the global leader in Data-First™ Case Management and Business Process Management (BPM) software, today announced the company has expanded its footprint in the education market through multiple deployments with two large public universities in North America. These implementations serve as further evidence that enterprises from an expansive range of industries are turning to the entellitrak platform to address a diverse set of business operations and application requirements.
The University of British Columbia's Faculty of Medicine, a public medical school serving thousands of students and employing thousands of faculty and support staff, selected entellitrak for two enterprise implementations: a Teaching Tracking and Payment (TTP) management solution and a Resident Management solution.
The TTP system essentially allows medical school administrators to more effectively track teaching activities and determine the resulting payments made to their large adjunct teaching staff, while the Resident Management solution provides the University with a web-based system for employment and academic records of all residents as they complete medical resident training requirements across the province of British Columbia.
Georgia State University, one of four research universities in the University System of Georgia, selected entellitrak as a case management platform to track, manage and report on the standard processes and tools for human resources management of employee claims associated with Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action, Employee Relations, and Employee Classification and Compensation initiatives.
"entellitrak will provide an automated solution to our more complex tasks associated with HR," said Linda Nelson, Assistant Vice President of Georgia State's Human Resources Department. "While many automated solutions provide tracking capabilities, the ability to seamlessly combine, define and track work flows and progress is what entellitrak delivers. Its integration with other systems is a plus."
"MicroPact is honored to work with such well-respected universities," said Kris Collo, Founder, President & CEO of MicroPact. "These projects demonstrate that all enterprises – from federal agencies and private companies to health care providers and higher education institutions – can leverage entellitrak's Data-First approach to case management and configure the platform to address the unique needs of their specific business operations."
MicroPact software is used by 97 percent of federal agencies with more than 500 employees, making it one of the most utilized enterprise case management platforms in government today.
