MicroPact Announces 13th Annual 462 Symposium in Washington, D.C.
HERNDON, Va., June 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- MicroPact Inc., the global leader in Data-First™ Case Management and Business Process Management (BPM) software, will host the 13th Annual 462 Symposium: Landmark Cases and Events Sept. 14, 2015, at the Marriott Metro Center in Washington, D.C. The 462 Symposium brings together professionals from federal agencies to discuss best practices in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) processing, network with other EEO professionals and receive training on MicroPact's icomplaints®, the case management system used to manage 90 percent of all federal EEO claims.
The 462 Symposium, which is the only event that focuses on preparing icomplaints users to submit Form 462 Reports, provides valuable tools and insights to EEO professionals using the icomplaints Quality Report Management (QRM) module to generate and submit the reports through the FedSEP Portal.

icomplaints Plus is a three-course track designed for attendees looking for basic training on 462 reporting in icomplaints, plus best practices in EEO processing. This track includes a half-day course dedicated to helping users get the most out of icomplaints and two additional classroom courses.
Beyond icomplaints, which is designed for attendees already familiar with 462 reporting in icomplaints, features notable experts on workforce issues and EEO from the federal government. The four courses and session panelists in this track include:
