Converts from Checks to Prepaid Cards for Better Customer Experience

Seeking to enhance the customer experience around rebates and deliver a better, more convenient solution to their customers, Micro Center turned to Parago for ideas. The result was migrating from check-based rebates to a Visa® Prepaid Card.

The Parago Visa Prepaid Cards are customized for Micro Center, with custom card collateral and a cardholder website. The cards can be used at 24 million Visa acceptance locations, online or cashed at any Visa-member bank. Prepaid cards enable immediate access to funds and provide fee-free access to funds for the more than 100 million unbanked households in the US.
Parago is the only single-source provider of program validation and fulfillment, and their own prepaid program manager. For clients, this means better customer service for their consumers, quicker rebate delivery and an overall better customer experience.
