LANSING, Mich., July 26, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Michigan AFSCME Council 25 PEOPLE Committee has endorsed Eli Isaguirre for State Representative in the 49th House District, to fill the remainder of the term created when Jim Ananich was elected as Senator in the 27th Senate District. The special primary election will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2013
