Michael V. McKay Joins Martin LLP's Corporate Practice
STAMFORD, Conn., Aug. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Martin LLP is pleased to announce that Michael McKay has joined the firm's Corporate Practice Group. Michael has over 35 years of experience in the area of banking and finance. Over the course of his career he has represented corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, project sponsors, banks, institutional lenders, and individuals in a wide variety of secured and unsecured debt financings, both domestic and international.
Michael's arrival further strengthens Martin LLP's national Corporate Practice. Michael joins the firm from the international law firm of Vinson & Elkins LLP, where he spent the the last seventeen years of his career as a partner in the finance group. Prior to Vinson & Elkins, Michael was a special counsel in the banking and institutional investing group of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
